By accessing our website or attending a Black Boys’ Brunch event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are intended to protect the community, promote mutual respect, and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Community Guidelines
Black Boys’ Brunch is a space grounded in fellowship, respect, and shared growth. All participants, including members and guests, are expected to engage with courtesy, openness, and consideration for others.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes behavior related to race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or personal identity.
Event Participation & Venue Consideratins
Events are hosted at third-party venues such as restaurants. While Black Boys’ Brunch sets community expectations, venue policies and staff directives must also be respected at all times.
We reserve the right to address behavior that undermines the safety or integrity of the event, including asking individuals to disengage or leave if necessary.
Photography & Media Consent
By attending a Black Boys’ Brunch event, you acknowledge that photographs, video, or other media may be captured. These materials may be used for promotional, educational, or community-building purposes across our website, social media, and other platforms.
If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please notify an organizer prior to or during the event.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in events is voluntary. Attendees assume responsibility for their own conduct and well-being during events and release Black Boys’ Brunch from liability to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
